My First Blog post

I've decided to start a Blog for my summer travels, hikes, and reflections to serve as a registry of thoughts as I enter a new phase of my life...retirement! It's a little scary but also exciting in that I've decided it is time I do some of the things I always wanted to do (just like the movie "Bucket List"). So first, setup a blogspot....will see if I do it right...here goes!
